The Backyard Bard's 2008 production of 'The Adventures of Elisha'.

It follows episodes in the life of the prophet Elisha - to whom more miracles are ascribed than any other biblical figure besides Moses and Jesus.

The script comes directly from the amazing stories about Elisha in the Old Testament book of 2 Kings, picking up just where last year's production of 'Elijah' left off. These quirky stories about him are filled with drama emotion and humour.

Elisha is a significant figure in Judaism, Christianity and Islam and lived in the 9th Century BC.

The story is told by four experienced and talented storytellers - Daniel Farrugia, Maree Salvador, Robert Turnbull and Jessica Berry.
